Mother of 9 disputes mandatory sex education

One of the conditions under the Reproductive Health Bills (HB 96) is the required sex education for 5th grade to 4th year high school students.

Sharon Fernandez, a mother of 9 and housewife, believes that delegating sex ed to schools instead of making it an intimate topic within the home, between parents and children, is something that violates her right as a parent.
