Center for Research and Communication, Fully Booked

The Center for Research and Communication (CRC) will introduce three newly published books in a joint event to be held in Fully Booked, Bonifacio High Street in Taguig Global City on February 10 at 4:00 pm.

It will be the University’s first major book launch outside the campus and will feature the following works of several authors.

Tongues of Men, Dreams of Angels is a collection of poems by the late Marciano Malvar Guzman.

Luis Lisa and Javier de Pedro’s Romance and Revolution is a historical work that looks into the lives and times of national hero Jose Rizal and his beloved Josephine Bracken.

Educator Dr. Esther Joos Esteban also wrote about helping children understand the meaning, purpose and value of work in her book The Work of Children, winner of last year’s “Jaime Cardinal Sin Best Book Award for Family Life” from the Catholic Mass Media Awards.

The CRC-sponsored event is also in collaboration with the Department of History and Department of Literature of the College of Arts and Sciences, as well as the School of Education.
