The television quiz show “Campus Challenge” produced by LeGit Entertainment has recently aired its pilot episodes over UNTV with its first batches of winners from Manila Science High School, Lorenzo Ruiz de Manila School, Carlos P. Garcia High School, and Navotas Elementary School.

Campus Challenge hosts Bianca Saldua and MTV VJ Sib Sibulo in the show's teaser.

These schools will return to participate in the semifinals for a chance to compete in the season finale where the champions will be awarded with a UA&P Scholarship Grant once they enroll as incoming freshmen.

Top students from private, public, and science schools from around the country in the program’s roster are waiting for their turn to appear in the weekly episodes.

Show director Patricia Perez also coordinates with the office of education secretary Armin Luistro to ensure that the show’s content follows Department of Education (DepEd) curricula.

DepEd’s Dr. Yolanda Quijano, undersecretary for programs and projects, mentioned during the signing of an agreement with UNTV last August 17 that the project is a way to “keep (educational) standards high” in TV programming.

President Jose Maria Mariano also said that the partnership is an “opportunity to achieve quality education” and start an “effective educational relationship” with media to realize the University’s goals for 2018.

The show airs every Sunday at 9:30 am on UNTV. #
