UA&P to launch Korean Studies program

The Department of Asia Pacific Studies will inaugurate the Samsung Korean Studies Program on December 12 (Monday) at 11:00 am at ACB 7/F Left Wing. 

A commemorative plaque will be unveiled in the presence of Korean Ambassador Hyemin Lee, Dr. Keonhyok Lee of Samsung, UA&P President Jose Maria Mariano, and UA&P co-founder Dr. Bernardo Villegas.

The Samsung Korean Studies Program is a pilot project of UA&P and the Korean business group Samsung. The program aims to provide more in-depth studies on Korean culture and history, as well as to open more opportunities for collaboration between UA&P and Korean organizations.
