Social networking now in UA&P

Social networking now in UA&P

by UA&P News Desk on February 14, 2012 - 11:23 am

A few months ago, we introduced the WebCampus project, providing Google-powered accounts (a.k.a. “ accounts”) to UA&P students, faculty, staff, and alumni.

Now we are bringing communication and collaboration in UA&P to a new level: Google+ is now part of WebCampus.

Google+ is a social media platform that allows you to share information and collaborate with others, both inside and outside of UA&P. You can post text, links, photos, and videos and share them with your contacts — and get their comments in real time. It’s like Facebook, only better.

To start using Google+ through, click the “+You” link at the upper-left corner of your screen. Then complete your profile — and that’s it! You’ll be prompted by Google+ on how to build your network of contacts once you’re there.

To know more about Google+, visit the UA&P WebCampus Intro to Google+. Inquiries will also be entertained there. And don’t forget to read our Rules and Guidelines!
