by UA&P News Desk on February 17, 2012 - 5:29 pm

In celebration of the Philippine Arts Festival 2012 organized by the National Commission on Culture and the Arts (NCCA), the Arts Department invites everyone to the opening of the art exhibit “Bargained” at the Hans Seidel Hall on February 20 (Monday) at 5:30 pm.

The exhibit will run until March 9 (Friday).

Organized by the Arts Department of the College of Arts and Sciences with UA&P Kultura and Gallery Genesis, the exhibit will illustrate artistic juxtapositions and “bargainings” that result from the merging and overlapping of contemporary and traditional visual norms shown through adaptations of styles and forms.

It will also enhance the youth and general audiences’ appreciation and understanding of Philippine Contemporary art.
