Pag-ibig sa Tinubuang Bayan: a seminar and workshop for social studies and history teachers

In celebration of Andres Bonifacio’s 150th birth anniversary, the History Department of the College of Arts and Sciences, in partnership with the Humanities and Filipino Departments, invites everyone to “Pag-ibig sa Tinubuang Bayan: A Re-examination of Bonifacio’s Ideas on Patriotism, Citizenship and Nation-building – Seminar and Workshop for Social Studies and History Teachers.” It will be held at the Li Seng Giap Auditorium on November 7-9 (Thursday-Saturday).

The conference speakers include Philippine National Historical Society President Dr. Bernardita Churchill, Dr. Paul Dumol, and Dr. Leodivico Lacsamana.

Faculty and students of UA&P may attend the lectures and workshop sessions free of charge. The conference fee for those who wish to receive the materials and avail themselves of meals is Php2,500.
