With the vision of breeding a new generation of student leaders and young professionals to become active positive agents of change for the Philippines, the CHARIS Foundation, led by champion athlete and TV host Chris Tiu, and the Business Economics Association (BEA) of the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P) team up to host the first ever CHARIS Leadership Summit on March 1, Saturday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Li Seng Giap Auditorium of UA&P.
The summit, carrying the theme #CompetentLeadersfor PH: Competent Young Leaders for a Better Philippines, brings on stage a roster of vibrant speakers and powerful motivators that include Manila Archbishop Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle; Congressional representatives Dakila Cua, Karlo Nograles, cialis super active and Lucy Torres-Gomez; historian and playwright Dr. Paul Dumol; and book author and youth groups advisor Oliver Tuazon.
The event aims to bring together young leaders of top school organizations, youth groups, and even young professionals who share the same passion for values-oriented leadership.
