Lean Six Sigma is a quality management methodology that relies on a collaborative team effort to improve performance by systematically removing waste. It is a combination of two distinct frameworks (Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma) with the purpose of identifying and eliminating eight kinds of waste (Time, Inventory, Motion, Waiting, Over-production, Over-processing, Defects, and Skills). The White Belt Training is an overview of Lean Six Sigma is and the benefits to be reaped by a company that is using it.

The regular fee is Php3000 and the early bird fee is Php2000 (before April 25).
