The Business Economics Club (BEC) of the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P) seeks to keep the business community, especially our BEC members, updated on the latest economic trends and issues through its publications and economic briefing. Everyone is invited to attend the 2017 Year-end Business Economics Briefing entitled, “Philippine Economic Outlook and Implications on the Real Estate Sector” on November 22 (Wednesday), 1:00 to 4:30 pmCelestino Dizon Auditorium, UA&P.

For this year-end briefing, we look at the Real Estate industry with respect to the Philippine Economy. The Philippine Real Estate Sector has been displaying strong growth in recent years, with analysts occasionally questioning its sustainability.

UA&P economists Dr. Bernardo Villegas and Dr. Victor Abola will present their outlook for the Philippines and the global economy. In addition, Mr. David Leechiu of Leechiu Property Consultants will speak about the Real Estate Sector. Please see attached program for reference.

The briefing fee is Php. 7,000.00. Our current BEC members are given priority registration with a 50% discount. We are also giving 20% discount to our ABEP and SBEP students and alumni.  We will reserve slots for your company until November 8.
