In the past decade, Mentoring has been gaining traction in the educational and organizational settings. For educators, the increasing complexity of social influences affecting the character formation of students has made many to consider mentoring programs, besides other established programs, as a way to address issues that arise from these situations. In the business setting, differences in intergenerational characteristics have prompted a closer look at effective ways, such as Mentoring, to transfer skills and experience. As a result, the number of schools and organizations enforcing programs is notably increasing.

UA&P is now accepting abstract submissions for the First International Mentoring Conference (IMeC) 2018 with the theme Promoting Mentoring Culture to be held from July 19 to 21, 2018, at the UA&P Campus, Ortigas Center 1605 Pasig City Philippines.

  • Mentoring tools and strategies

  • Innovations in mentoring
