On-Campus Applications for Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus

Representatives from the Pag-IBIG Fund will be on campus on May 19 (Tuesday) to process applications for the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus at the ALB Dining Halls I and II from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm.

Please note that only 50 employees will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure a slot, please register here and bring the following requirements:

• Accomplished Application Form

• Two (2) valid IDs – original and photocopy

• Card fee of Php125 (cash only)

• Member Change of Information Form and a clear copy of Birth Certificate and Marriage Contract (if married) – for those who will update personal information (e.g., name, civil status, etc.)

Pag-IBIG will also accept ID replacement applications for change of name due to marriage.

The Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus serves as a valid ID and transaction card for loans and benefits, while also offering discounts, rewards, and convenient crediting of loan proceeds and dividends.
