The UA&P Center for Student Affairs (CSA) is the guardian of the student value chain. UA&P’s hallmark of values formation is promoted by CSA through the holistic formation of the student by the cultivation of university life outside the classroom as an effective complement to the academic course of study.

Each year the Center for Student Affairs, through OSD-Orgs and Leadership, endorse candidates for several external leadership programs. Among these are the Ayala Young Leaders Congress, the American Chamber of Commerce - Business Leadership Program, and the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines.

The University now offers Arts Scholarships. Focusing primarily on bolstering the ranks of the UA&P Chorale, the solitary Arts Guild in the University as of the moment, scholarships are offered to talented choristers to help the Chorale as it continues to represent the university in festivals and competitions.
