Basic Supervision Seminar | 2 Days
Skills are never enough to become a good supervisor. One must also have the right attitudes and work values that will help them continuously practice these skills in a proper and upright manner in the workplace. This 2-day seminar will define what productivity is all about and will highlight the connection between productivity and supervision. The focus will be on the four basic tasks of supervision: planning, organizing, leading and controlling. It will give emphasis to both the attitudes and skills needed to fulfill each task well.
Leadership for New Managers | 2 Days
This intensive course, patterned after the Global Leadership and Values course offered at the IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain, aims to help newly promoted managers and functional department heads the essential elements of leadership through the case study method. Using the case method, the following critical challenges will be addressed: communication, motivation, trust and commitment.
Change Management | 2 Days
Organizations need leaders who can make change work. Managing the change process will help the organization to meet customer demands, answer the challenge of competition and meet the needs of a diverse workforce. However, most change management efforts fail due to lack of commitment from different levels of the organization and failure to address the issue of resistance to change. This 2-day program shall help participants understand organizational change and the different initiatives associated with it; use a step by step guide to adopting and implementing change and learn specific actions to support, guide and encourage others to adapt to change more effectively.
