Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Management
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) Program of UA&P is a 4-year course which prepare its students to work for the Top 1,000 corporations as well as start and manage their own business enterprise.
It has a solid and practical curriculum that provides students with experience-based learning. The curriculum exposes the students to the realities of the workplace and at the same time provides them with the rigors of classroom education. Students also could learn through real-world interactions and simulations to prepare them to be the best in their field.

BSBA Internship
The BSBA Program requires its students to complete two types of internships.

Immersion-Based Internship – This is the first of two internship courses that the BSBA students undertake. It formally introduces the 3rd year BSBA student to the workplace and provides firsthand experience of professional life.

Project-Based Internship – This is an integrative internship course that applies the different functional areas of management studied by the BSBA students. This integration is achieved through the application of various business concepts to actual organizational scenarios, specifically in projects in a host organization.
Global Citizenship Program

The SMN Global Citizenship Program is an annual international study tour program designed for the students of the School of Management. The program aims to make its students well-rounded individuals by exposing them to diverse international cultures and societies.

The program also addresses the world's needs by making the School of Management's graduates’ global citizens

Admission Process
1. Create your account.
Click the “Apply Now” button below to begin. Sign up and verify your account via email to access the application portal.
2. Log in and select your application form.
Select the appropriate form from the list of open admissions based on your applicant type:

Junior College – for current Grade 10 students
-
College – for current Grade 12 students and transfer applicants (note: a transfer applicant is a college student currently enrolled in, or has previously enrolled in, another college or university, and would like to transfer to UA&P)

Foreign/International
-
Foreign: Non-Filipino applicants who are currently studying in or have graduated from any educational institution in or outside of the Philippines.

International: Filipino applicants who are either studying in the Philippines or abroad and/or have certifications of international programs or standardized tests who would like to use these certifications in lieu of the UA&P Entrance Exam

3. Pay the application fee.
You will need to upload your proof of payment (screenshot of online payment or image of receipt) as well as input other transaction details on your dashboard. Additional payment methods will be available soon. Application fees are nonrefundable.
4. Upload your requirements.
Submit the required documents which may vary depending on what type of applicant you are.
5. Take the Entrance Exam on the scheduled date.
Once your application is reviewed and marked complete, you’ll be scheduled for an Entrance Exam on March 22, 2026. A panel interview will be scheduled after your exam.
Examinees residing within NCR Plus must take the exam on-campus in UA&P whereas those living outside NCR Plus will be permitted to take the exam online.
6. Check your Admissions results.
After completing all steps, your admissions results will be available through your application portal.
