The Philosophy

True to the program’s mission of forming holistic and innovative start-up business owners, EM graduates are spread across the country’s business and entrepreneurial landscape.

Students are not only taught entrepreneurship but are molded into complete entrepreneurs before they even graduate.

The Venture

The NBV Series is the true measure of the program’s success in forming students into entrepreneurs. They are challenged to integrate all their knowledge, skills, and talents and use these in establishing a successful business.

The Mentorship

Every student is in good hands. UA&P’s mentoring allows reinforced learning through regular, confidential, and conducive conversations between the student and his or her mentor.

THE FUTURE IS OUR ENTERPRISE

As the country’s pioneer in Entrepreneurial Management, we elevate business to a noble vocation. Weaving startup mechanics with the humanities, we cultivate visionaries who build with ethics, strategy, and dignity.

STEWARDING THE ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT

True formation requires the transmission of wisdom from master to apprentice. The Entrepreneurial Management (EM) program surpasses the scope of a standard business degree by offering intense, personal mentorship. We do not merely teach; we guide young entrepreneurs in cultivating the mental rigor and moral depth required to lead a life of consequence.
