UA&P Fire Drill 2026: Post-Activity Evaluation for Participants

Everyone who participated in the fire drill conducted on April 14, 2026 (Tuesday), from 8:45 am to 9:15 am, is requested to fill out the post-activity evaluation form. Your feedback will help the Emergency Response Team (ERT) assess the effectiveness of the drill and identify areas for improvement in preparedness, coordination, and safety protocols.
