The School of Education and Human Development (SED) will hold its Online Lecture Series on September 2, 2026 (Wednesday), from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. The session will feature Ms. Yvonne Dajac, People and Culture Consultant of digital solutions provider Via Appia Philippines, Inc., and an alumna of SED’s Master in Human Capital and Organization Development program.
Entitled “Building Technical Capability to Drive Performance: Developing a Competency Model that Matters,” the lecture will discuss a competency model developed for a digital solutions provider organization. The model identified nine core competencies, each defined by job-specific proficiency levels and behavioral indicators.
The findings provide an evidence-based foundation for prioritizing learning interventions and guiding future capability-building initiatives.
The lecture is open to Human Resource and Organization Development professionals, Learning and Development practitioners, and master’s and undergraduate students in Human Resource, Organization Development, and Business Administration.
