Supply disruptions in refined petroleum, electricity, and transport ripple across the Philippine economy, raising production costs and fueling inflation. These industries are deeply integrated in various industries, in particular, these are critical in construction, food manufacturing, trade, and services. Evidently, they are critical for the growth of these industries. When they falter, the capacity of businesses to meet demand weakens, slowing economic performance.
