UA&P School of Management Vice Dean and Master in Applied Business Analytics (MABA) Program Director Dr. Ruel Maningas served as one of the speakers and facilitators at a workshop on “Strengthening Inter-country Cooperation and Networking for Effective Implementation of National Biosafety Frameworks in Bangladesh, India, Mongolia, and the Philippines" held from July 6 to 9, 2026, in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

Drawing from his background as a former United Nations Environment Program - Global Environment Facility (UNEP-GEF) Biosafety Clearing House (BCH) Project Regional Advisor for Asia and the Pacific, Dr. Maningas shared expert insights on how the four participating countries can optimize their use of BCH to enhance their inter-country cooperation for biosafety information sharing and exchange.
