UA&P students expand global perspectives at Oxford

Seven student delegates from the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P) participated in the Oxford Certificate Programmes held at Worcester College, University of Oxford, from July 19 to August 1.
The student delegation included Daniel Tyler Chua from the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS); Julianne Denise Crespo from the School of Communication (SCM); Francesca Caithlene Bayate from the School of Economics (SEC); and Daniella Nefertini Ballitoc, Iñigo Lorenzo King, Ameera Christel Acosta, and Roodin Limbona from the School of Politics and Governance (SPG).
Throughout the two-week intensive program in the United Kingdom, the delegates engaged in rigorous coursework, specialized lectures, and cross-cultural discussions alongside international peers. Participating in immersive learning environments within Worcester College gave the students direct exposure to Oxford’s world-renowned collegiate system while broadening their perspectives in governance, communication, and economic development.
