BS in Business Administration

Major in Management

This major focuses on the art and science of leadership and operations. It blends rigorous classroom theory with real-world simulations to prepare students for the complexities of the modern workplace.

BS in Accountancy


The Bachelor of Science in Accountancy program prepares graduates to become accounting professionals imbued with ethical and moral values, a global perspective, and corporate social responsibility. Graduates of the course are prepared to become Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) who specialize in public practice. 

The BSA graduates can embark on an exciting career promoting competence and integrity in the following fields: Public Practice (Audit, Tax, Management, Consulting); Commerce and Industry (Finance, Accounting, Internal Audit); Government (Accounting, Revenue, Audit); and Education.

BS in Management Accounting

The Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting program prepares the graduates to enable management to operationalize its business strategy, founded on professional knowledge, professional skills, and ethical and moral values. Graduates may choose to take the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) examinations, an internationally recognized certification. 

Graduates of BSMA can excel in their field as a Management Accountant, Financial Analyst, Cost Accountant, Budget Officer, Finance Manager, Treasurer, or Chief Financial Officer.

MS in Management

The Master of Science in Management (MScM) is UA&P’s flagship "straight" bachelor-to-master’s program. Since 1997, it has specialized in fast-tracking students into high-level strategic roles by blending advanced research with executive leadership training.

Master in Entrepreneurial Management


UA&P’s Master in Entrepreneurial Management is designed for seasoned executives, managers, and entrepreneurs who seek to lead with relevance, innovation, and strategic foresight. The program responds to the demands of a changing business landscape by equipping professionals with current knowledge, emerging technological perspectives, and research-based insights grounded in both local and global realities.

Over the course of 15 months, students engage in a blended learning experience that combines case studies, lectures, face-to-face and mediated mentoring, and action learning projects. This structure allows busy professionals to deepen their leadership and entrepreneurial capability while continuing to meet the demands of work.
