2026 Midyear Business Economic Briefing

The Business Economics Club invites everyone to the 2026 Midyear Business Economic Briefing entitled “Philippine Real Estate: Economic Trends, Risks and Returns” on August 26 (Wednesday) from 1: 30 to 5:00 pm.

The briefing zeroes in on the ground-level realities of the real estate sector. Participants will learn how to navigate these industry disruptions and uncover significant strategic opportunities hidden within the current economic landscape.

The session will feature Mr. David Leechiu, CEO of Leechiu Property Consultants; Dr. Bernardo Villegas, Research Director of the Center for Research and Communication; and Dr. Victor Abola, Program Director of the UA&P Strategic Business Economics Program.
